Honestly, my biggest criteria is: is the item in stock when it says it is in stock. Charlies got that one down. Next criteria: am I getting the lowest price possible. No. Not really. I can find cheaper at gun shows or on tacswap. But, customer service is good, knowledgable people. Fast shipping

Very surprised. Great service, great selection, never seen such a wealth of military merchandise, both fully built out and kits and parts. 2nd purchase for me. I only go to Brownells or Primary Arms for items that Charlie's does not carry. And, just so you realize, Charlie's answers calls and chats with a US Army vet, and those other guys give me an email 4 days later, so you get what you pay for.

I really enjoy shopping with CCC. The selection is fantastic, and prices are what you expect from a specialty shop. Customer service is good, but I cannot get my phone call answered. I have used chat, and that got my answers. Are my expectations too high? I know a number of small businesses do not even have a phone number, and some shops go to someone who does not know guns, and I knwo you do.
