Charlie's Custom Clones does an outstanding job at keeping us informed on everything from. The description of what they have in stock/are selling to the FFL and shipping processes. I've been shooting my entire life, served our nation for half my life in real world combat operations and know firearms quite well as a result. Charlie's Custom Clones leaves no stone unturned in their effort to ensure we know exactly what we're going to get when we hit the purchase button and what to expect while our orders are being processed. I'm not often impressed with businesses in today's market and I have to say, My hats off to Charlie's Custom Clones for offering hard to find items at exceptionally reasonable prices with superb customer service. You can tell these folks care about the end user/customer/client and businesses like this are hard to find nowadays.

I appreciate that Charlie’s tries to curate a selection of high quality tactical firearms. I also appreciate the effort to come across as a small, friendly business. What I do not like are the high prices, slow shipping and attempt at tacked on fees.

We are not going to win on price with every item, especially the hard to get high-end German and Belgique rifles, like you purchased, but most people find the overall basket of goods we offer to be balanced, with the degree of service we provide. We also offer discounts, which you received. We also offer fantastic (huge) discounts on optics when you purchase a rifle, good for 90 days.
Also, remember your Charlie's Rewards which also are good to reduce the price of your next purchase. And, while we did not earn 5-stars, we appreciate the balance feedback, which is important to us and future customers.
We certainly hope you will come visit again.

I was hesitant at first because I was unfamiliar with Charlies Customs ans the price was almost too good to be true. I rolled the dice and the pistol was great quality at a great price. Combine that with fast shipping and good communication and they have a life long customer.

I ordered, got a confirmation that my job was sent to shop to be worked, got an email when shop work was done, got an email when the order was in the shipping department, got an email when package got a label, got an email with FedEx picked up my order, also when out for delivery and then when delivered to my FFL, I got an email and a text message. Wow. And, the rifle was amazing quality. Can't ask for anything else. Did I pay a little extra? Maybe, but hard to compare, as nobody else makes the stuff CCC makes. Very happy.
