Horrible customer service. They made me pay extra for sending back a canceled item that was their mistake. They do not follow their return policy. I canceled my order within one hour of placing it. Their policy says to cancel within a 12 hours window. They still sent me the item after I canceled it through email, and I also canceled it through a phone call with one of their employees. They told me my order was canceled and that I had nothing to worry about. Turns out they still shipped me the item and charged me for it. They then proceeded to tell me if I wanted my return money that I had to send the item back after they made the mistake of shipping it to me in the first place after I canceled it and made sure twice that it was cancelled. I had to pay for the shipping on their mistake to get my money back. Horrible customer service, and a horrible returns process. The owner or manager emailed me and proceeded to blame me for placing an order in the first place and that it was my fault for even placing an order. Horrible horrible customer service. I so not recommend this business at all.

Brandon, sorry you had such a bad experience. I suppose as we do a better job of shipping quickly, we cannot cancel all orders once the shipping process begins. We try to explain that in our policy, which is at the bottom of our Website. Yes, when you make a return, there is a small restocking fee. We try to make things easy and fair to both of us. Cancellations are done by email, so we know it is really you. Cancellations are indeed the hardest thing we do, believe it or not. Even Amazon cannot cancel every order once it is in process.
