Hmm. I am sure nobody here said that. We fully support the Constitution of the United States. I do not recall any insurrection. I know folks who were there on January 6th. People need to pay the price for trespassing, but there was no insurrection. You are drinking the Kool Aid. Maybe you are happy with a Puppet President. Who is pulling his strings? We are open all to all political persuasions, but mostly support the truth and the right to bear firearms. If you are a liberal and support the right to bear arms, you are welcome.

Service and customer support was awesome. Shipping took a little longer than expected and the item was sold as new in box which it was new(just an older model) and has some factory screws that were messed up. They did offer me a discount on an additional purchase which would have been nice if I needed anythig else. Tried to use it on another prosuxt and got no response. But would definitely purchase from them again either way.

Never got it.. called charlies and stated that the product never arrived and they told me to put a claim in. I placed an order for the qd end plate and an sf brake and got the brake , but couldn’t do a claim because partial order never arrived. This company is hit or miss. Surprised they’re still in business. Lost $30 on this endplate since it never arrived. Buy else where if you can.

We checked for you and FedEx shows they delivered. We are very sorry if the item was taken from your porch. Our obligation is to deliver your purchase to you, as confirmed by the carrier. We do offer the option for you to ship signature required or to use Route insurance, which is a great deal, and insures against loss once the carrier delivers.
