A couple were either missing the ornament cap or cake cracked. They are very nice ornaments just wish there was more quality control

9" Pre-Lit White and Gold C7 Christmas Candle Lamp with Sensor
I ordered these candles for my windows (for the holidays). I’m very pleased with them. They work from a sensor so they require nothing once set in the window & plugged in. I highly recommend them. They make the front of my home look beautiful!

Triple Light Candolier with Bell Base Christmas Candle Lamp - 9.5"
I've had this product in my family for years and am glad I could still get it. Unfortunately, the quality has diminished. All of the 'candles' are not exactly vertical and screwing the light bulbs can be difficult. One bulb did not last over three days.

15" Green and Gold Luck of the Irish Christmas Nutcracker
The nutcracker was damaged. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift so I didn’t open it until the other day when I was preparing to wrap it and realized the left “foot” had broken off from the leg piece and both feet were broken off the stand. The box also looked like it was crushed and someone attempted to poorly tape it back up. Since there’s only a 7-Day timeframe to report damages/defects and by that point, I was at Day 10, there’s nothing that can be done. I tried to glue the pieces back on but that’s definitely not what I had anticipated doing, so this will be my first and last time buying from this company.
