10-Count Corona Extra Beer Bottle and Lime Summer Patio Lights - 9ft White Wire
I ordered 2 strings of the Corona Lime lights. After 2 days one of the strands only works intermittently.
I was immediately contacted by customer service after writing this and offered a replacement or refund for my lights. I am very pleased with the product and customer service!

100-Count Red and Pure White Faceted LED C9 Christmas Lights, 66ft Green Wire
Really like the way the lights look, however, we ran into a problem. We hung the lights this past week on the house. All looked good when we plugged them in prior to hanging them. After about three days of being lit, the end (about 25 lights) of one of the strands is not working anymore.
We have looked for loose wired, made sure bulbs were on tight enough, and changed out the fuses but they stay off. Wondering what we can do to get that strand replaced. Thank you.
