Bought glass table top Christmas candle holder decor and a porcelain Snowman. Glass smashed and broken. Metal enclosure bent. And the snowman damaged.
Both products were packaged horribly. Not professional at all. Customer service replaced glass decor, but the replacement came damaged from shipping too. Broken glass and bent metal.
Either shipping department was not trained properly and/or was not provided appropriate shipping material to ship product. So they Mickey Mouse'd the packaging in the shipping box.

I ordered 6” wreaths, shipping was fast. But when I received the item it was not usable. The wreaths were so flimsy they wouldn’t hold their shape, they were wrapped 1.5 times so they were super lopsided. When I contacted the company about this and to ask about returning them, they told me they needed to be “fluffed” they’re not ready to use right out of the box. I’ve been making wreaths for years and am well aware of this. Long story short, the return was shipped ( poor quality product and I had to pay to ship it back to them) and the refund was processed in a timely manner. .
