Furst frame came shattered in a thousand pieces. Called they sent another one. Had a small broken peice in corner couldn't really see it. So I kept it anyway ...they need to package breakable stuff better is all.

I was sent the wrong pool net 3 times and no matter how many times I sent them the picture of the correct net they tried to tell me it was the net i ordered
The people there must think they can send a net that sells for $14.99 in place of the net I paid $31.99 plus tax and $5.00shipping
I sent them pictures of the correct net and of the nets I was sent
Thank you. Harry

Your description says that it's 2" in diameter but it's only 1-1/4". Even the handle at it's widest is not 2". The purpose for which I'm using it suffers from the difference.

Christmas Central is always great to work with. It wasn't their fault but the package was delivered open and the contents were broken. The girl on the sled was broken as well as the sled. Christmas Central is returning my money because the girl is no longer available. Very happy they stand behind their name and honor their commitments.

Your shop is a scam of a business. You sold me a faulty product and are charging me to return and restock it.
I will be reporting you and leaving proper reviews on all online venues.
