Great products and fast shipping. I’m a happy customer!

My tree topper was damaged on delivery.
The customer service rep responded quickly to replace the item. However, I have not received it yet, and I did not receive an email confirmation.

Great to deal with - speedy service - customer service is very pleasant!

I ordered 4 light strands: red and white incandescent, red and white LED, jingle bells, and warm white LED. Everything shipped quickly and the first three sets were lovely. I know it’s a manufacturing, not really a store issue, but I still took 1 star away because the warm white LED lights made me so sad. I bought them to replace a strand of incandescent lights that came with my garland and no longer work. I tested them before restringing the garland and noticed they didn’t produce the same warm golden light as other items I own that include warm white LED lights: my Christmas tree, wreath, 2 other strands of garland, and the lights in my 2 snow villages. They don’t produce the zombie apocalypse lighting that the bright white LED lights do. They are softer than that but are still much brighter than the other warm white LED lights mentioned above. I didn’t want this to turn into another never ending task, so I restrung the garland, hoping that I’d be ok with the lights once they were on the garland. However, instead of producing a nice warm, golden light, because they shine through the green of the garland, they cast a sickly yellow or green light. I’m so disappointed. The search is back on for the right strand: more time, more money, more work. If there is a 3rd grade of light between actual warm white and bright white LED lights, manufacturers and stores need to clearly identify and label it.

Excellent.

Was an easy site to order from, merchandise was very nice, what they claimed it to be, refreshing these days

wonderful overall experience- magnificent Santa, Great price & seller

The lights was shipped fast and in perfect shape.

Good selections, great prices, and prompt delivery.

I liked being able to find exactly what I was looking for in their after-Christmas selection. Even with prices as low as 80% off the prices were fairly high, and much higher than I was used to paying for after Christmas items. Shipping was really confusing and odd. I purchased two similar items on the same order. One item was shipped UPS and the other was shipped USPS. They could have both been shipped together, and with the same carrier. No idea why the same item would ship with different carriers. I tried this again, and placed another order with similar items. Same thing occurred. One set of items was sent UPS SurePost, while the other items were sent UPS. Their shipping makes no sense and can't be cost effective. Anyway, all my ordered items arrived within a week of one another.

Very happy with beautiful and unique colored lights and cute ornament. Perfect !

Excelllent.

Perfect Mrs. Claus that matched Santa Claus perfectly. Quickest fastest prompt shipment. Will shop here again. Thank you.

I got what I ordered in the timeframe expected.

Customer service is great! The product came broken. The box was ripped to almost shreds. They replaced the item. They were going to have me send back and get a new box etc. if there is a problem I recommend emailing them, not chatting online. Haven’t set it up yet so not sure how it looks all put together but it is bright and it all works. Can’t wait to see it next Christmas!!

Good quality! Good price!

I was very pleased with everything in my order. Everything looked just like pictures and it got here very quickly. I will definitely shop here again

Very pleased with my Christmas trees

The replacement silver ball with colored led lighting came in perfect shape. I was surprised that it was in a plain paper box with no bubble wrap to protect it during shipping. I appreciate the company’s honesty and willingness to help solve my problem with the initial damaged product, I look forward to shopping with Christmas Centrsl again

You had the bulbs we needed; they arrived as expected and worked great!
