Last night the disco ball broke. The plastic piece broke where the spring is. The spring fell out. It does not spin anymore. Could you please send out a new ball!!

Poor customer service!!! Sent me a damaged item expedited and didn’t do much for me. Had to wait an extra week and half to get a replacement and all they did was credit my expedited shipping. When I called to complain about what they sent me, I literally had to wait over an hour and half because I was calling reps in india and when I submitted pics via email, they wouldn’t get them so I had to resort to messenger which was also a lag. Terrible experience

All my orders arrived on time, except for one package which did not arrive. I immediately contacted customer service, and I’m happy to know the representative was able to assist. My package was discovered, and it was shipped within two days. I was impressed with the excellent customer service. Great job everyone!

The Coral Christmas Tree was perfect for a Nautical-themed tree. The quality is great, and the flocking stays put on the branches. Also purchased the clear, Bubble Lights. They are gorgeous! Very happy with both purchases.

Loved the silhouette snowflakes I purchased but neither box had the additional bulbs and fuses included. After several phone calls, chats and emails I was told the item was out of stock so the missing items could not be sent to me. My entire amount of my purchase was refunded. While I would have rather had the replacement parts, the refund was very generous.

I like the prices but would prefer that you had a minimum purchase amount to get free shipping. There was much more I would buy but shipping costs add up.

I've ordered several times and though I am always happy with the product, the shipping boxes are very cheap and always a mess when they get to my house. And, often times, a few of the items inside are squished.

Good products! Just what I was looking for. Very fair price. A little confusing on the shipping (because the shipment was split between two orders) but everything came in just fine!
