I ordered a nutcracker for Christmas. It came broken. No bubble wrap. No tissue paper. Just a busted nutcracker in a box. I called, they were willing to replace it but couldn’t guarantee Christmas. I explained the packaging issue.
Received the 2nd nutcracker 4 days after Christmas… broken.. in a box… with no wrap..
At this point, I asked for a refund.

My package couldn't be delivered to its destination, because your company failed to put my full address on the package. So I personally had to pick up my package from a UPS store so it won't be sent back to you guys. But I am grateful to have my item. If I ever do decide to order from this company again I'll make sure it will be through Amazon, because if anything goes wrong I know they'll refund me my money back. Iris

Some of the items I ordered were supposed to have ground stakes included and did not. It was very frustrating and it happened with at least 3 of the items I ordered. Also, 1 set of gift boxes were missing (1) bow and (1) Velcro square on the gift box itself (in order to attach a bow to it). This experience will certainly make me think long and hard about what and if I order from here again as this purchase was pretty expensive for there to be this many issues with the products.

We received the tree in a box that was torn and what looked like it had been kicked open. We never bothered to set it up, and don’t have the directions.
I won’t be ordering online again. I guess I learned a lesson, here. If it’s too close to the holiday, and you want one more outdoor decoration, look for it, in the store. If they don’t have it in stock, forget it. We’re very disappointed, but it’s too late now.

I ordered 6-inch baubles and was sent 8-inch baubles. I also did not like the turquoise/teal baubles that I ordered and received. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a credit for the entire order. I never received the credit. This company seems a little shady.
