I ordered a star shaped tree topper. The top branches would not hold the tree topper no matter what is did. The cone that came with it was very, very small. You can not get a refund with free shipping on items purchased through this store. You would have to exchange the item to get free shipping to send the item back to the store. Meaning, you would have to pay for shipped to your home and from your home to the store. The tree topper was not expensive. I do not want to exchange this for anything else.

The ornaments were mostly as expected. Customer service was good after a partial refund for the ornaments that did not meet our standards. My only real issue is the return policy as shipping the unused items would be nearly our full refund amount.

I have never ordered from Christmas Central before. I am very happy with the company. I ordered a frosted swag for my mantel. It was beautiful. I ordered at the last moment and it came right away. I would highly recommend using this company. It was nice to use a company who emailed to say if there was a complaint they would make it right. I had a bad experience with a company and i am still fighting over a refunf. Thank You
