I ordered 2 glass ornaments for my mom's beach-themed Christmas tree. One of the ornaments arrived broken. We were going to attempt to glue it back together, but the missing/broken piece was not in the box. This leads me to believe the ornament was broken before it was packaged and shipped. The second ornament was intact and as promised.

Piece arrived broken into several pieces and can’t be fixed. Fragile piece shipped in only a plastic bag. Piece itself cheaply made with uncovered battery compartment and thin paper like backing hot glued and torn.

Great experience! there was a problem with one of the products that I ordered, but the owners quickly refunded the payment in full as there was no replacement available.
