The product was nice. The wrapping and shipping was lacking. It was mailed with bubble wrap and a large loose envelope. I was surprised it wasn't broken. A Product at the price, and fragile, should be shipped in a nice box, and professionally wrapped. The 3 stars regard this issue.

The wreath is perfect! The only thing I was worried about is when it ships to Canada, it's not delivered by UPS-Canada Post delivers it instead, which is fine, but when I'd try to track my shipment, I couldn't because the tracking number provided was through Canada Post, not UPS.

The Forest Scene Candle Holders, 3” high had so much “fog” coating on the glass that it almost obscured the deer. Very cheaply made and unusable . The company rep was nice enough to credit my account for one of the two glasses once she saw a photo . Will never buy from here again.

My Christmas snow globe purchasing experience was PERFECT! Thank you so much. I purchased multiple snow globes including a personalized “First Christmas 2021” one for a brand new niece (from another seller) to make a set.
My Christmas Central buying experience was flawless. I could not be more pleased!

I ordered 3 Christmas ornaments. When they arrived, a blown glass one was completely shattered because it hadn't been wrapped at all. Another was the completely wrong ornament. Should be a bad review, right? But they replaced the shattered ornament and packed it very well the second shipping and they refunded for the wrong ornament. Quick resolved.
