I am very pleased with the two items purchased from Christmas Central. One light (candles) was used, the other, for next year. Ordering was easy, items were shipped quickly, and the quality excellent. I look forward to ordering more items.

ordered 3 sets of lights. Only 1 set was delivered and although they were glass bulbs they were shipped in a plastic bag, no protection, no box , only a plastic envelope. In addition I never rec'd a notification that you were only able to provide 1 set and had to call into your toll free customer service number for an explanation and credit. Finally, your representative sounded like I reached someone that was sitting at home, echo background noise, leaving me feeling is this a legitimate company?

When I say this business is beyond a holiday life saver- the products I ordered came Extremely, if not exactly, as advertised. They were efficient, the actual items are perfect for my needs, and I am extremely happy with the’ and for my buck’ factor. These products are Not your grandmother’s heirloom pieces, but they are perfect for serving special holiday occasions when you need an extra oomph factor. I purchased a good amount for my office decorations, and while one box was slightly damaged, it was a non issue because everything else was perfect. I will be ordering from here again for other occasions, and I am so So extremely happy and satisfied I found this business.

The shopping experience was very good but I need to return the lights I purchased because they will not work with lights I purchased from Christmas Central 3 or 4 years ago. Could you guide me on how to do this?
