Lights are very low quality. Low light output. Cable is thin, and length at the end of the lights is poor/short and requires extension cord. These aren't true LED lights. If you pull out a light, the whole strand stops working, defeating the primary purpose of LED. On top of this, Christmas central only sent me two boxes of lights when I ordered 3. Had to contact customer service to get them to ship me the correct amount that I purchased.

Purchased a 5’ santa it came in very flimsy and unstable for the front porch so I needed to return it. Sent it back to Christmas Central. 10 days later I was still waiting for my credit. I had to call Christmas Central two times to get my refund. When I spoke to the representative they told me I was getting back all my money since I personally paid for the return shipping. (85.00) dollars. Christmas Central had the nerve to charge me for original shipping that was suppose to be free. I will not deal with this company again.

I ordered 3 Nutcrackers over $100 each. I was sent the wrong one for one of my orders. When I called to return it and get the one I ordered for the set...I was told the one I was supposed to get was no longer available. I am very dissappointed in your service.

All items were as pictured/described and the ceramic tea light house was well wrapped, however the five bird ornaments were just thrown loose in the box. All their twig wings and tails were broken off. I opted to use twigs from my yard, glitter & glue to repair them myself rather than the hassel of a return.

The Woodland village decoration is lovely. However, for some reason, it can’t be left on very long because it drains the batteries quickly. It’s very inconvenient to have to turn off often if in a place or that requires a ladder. So it’s very disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed. I have two granddaughters dancing in the Nutcracker this season and ordered the music boxes for them. When they arrived one had a broken nutcracker and the other one had a broken Sugar Plum Fairy. Called customer service and was told they would send replacements. Problem is they were out of stock. I was issued a refund but am VERY disappointed. Will not be using Christmas Central again!
