I ordered red & clear lights & received some led & some regular lights. Had to return the whole order

The Christmas decoration I bought was cheap. Glitter just dropped off in bunches. Too lightweight and would not stay up with just mild winds. Disappointed and could not use.

This has not been a wonderful shopping experience. The pre-lit alpine tree I ordered came with a section of broken lights. I was offered a 15% of what I paid for the tree (which equaled out to less than 20 bucks) if I would keep the tree vs returning it for a full refund. That was not a fair offer considering the lights didnt work and were fastened to tree and unable to be removed. Now fast forward to the return of the tree. It has been a week since the tree was delivered back to the shipping dock. I tracked it's movement..it arrived exactly one week today and still no refund or refund status. In the meantime I keep getting endless emails asking me to leave a review for the product I purchased. Do you really want me to leave a review?! Hmm.. Yeah after some research and the crappy rating of "F" on BBB and 16 bad reviews on the BBB website..i don't believe I need to leave a review..however..it may come to that if I dont see my FULL refund soon. And sadly I was actually reconsidering making another purchase from your website/store, but I feel I should rethink that considering still no refund and how my situation has been handled. I have had to return items to bigger box chain stores and let me tell you, they were lightening speed at how they handled returns. And never once did I feel insulted by a negotiation of only 15% of a 117.99 dollar item. All i wanted was for the product to work and in my case it didnt, so I expected my full refund and to move past this. This was supposed to have been my Christmas tree..bad enough the tree was broken and now no refund or a status update. I will be lucky if I will see my refund back in time for Christmas. Thanks for an awesome freaking experience!

The garland is beautiful! Nice and thick. The only complaint is I ordered 4 50ft piece and 3 were perfect but one was cut into 2 pieces about 30ft and 20 ft section!

I was pleased with the value of my purchase and the quality of the packaging.
