Received my tree without a tree stand, called and requested one to be sent never heard back after multiple workers said they would email back after talking to the warehouse.

Sent an ornament instead of snow globe I ordered. How did you get that so wrong? Instead of just giving me a refund and sending me an email saying you were out of stock— I had to call you to get a refund. Would not recommend your store at all. Also, still need to check to see if I actually got the refund.

Epic!! We gifted this Santa to my mom for early Christmas so she could enjoy it as decor for the holiday season and she was over the moon when she saw it! The details in it are truly incredible. We were blown away by the attention to detail and gold accents on his clothing and accessories. Great quality and had 0 damage from shipping.

The lighted Garland that I bought was beautiful, however, I received a strand that wouldn't light. Not happy

This order was a replacement for a damaged wooden church. This one arrived in good shape!

Product was delivered in a timely manner. Exactly what we needed to finish our decorating.
Only wish that the lights had come in various lengths. We ordered 66ft ( the only size offered) and actually needed another 25ft.

Just not crazy about these. I’ve purchased swags in the past and was hoping to match The ones I already had. Quality just not the same. Hoping to return them.

Vendor participation was down slightly from a few years back. However this year was again pretty good, I always find some gifts or items for myself. Good quality, reasonable prices, one of a kind prodcts. Always enjoy my time browsing.

Very fast and efficient international delivery all the way from New York, NY, USA to Perth, Western Australia, in under a week, especially given current COVID-19 lockdowns across the world!!

The wreath is very pretty. Added just a few pine cones, white berries, and twigs to add interest.
