Good service but never received package delivered but not to me

I originally purchased 2 items, when shipped, it was supposed to contain both items, however I only received half of the order. When I reached out the on the other item I ordered, it was sent to me, however, now that I have received it far after my original purchase - the ornaments were broken. The customer service has handled it correctly so far (I haven't reached out about the broken ornaments yet), but it is a lot of effort to go through for ornaments.

The item I ordered was shipped in the original box and it was too flimsy. The box and contents were damaged. I called for a replacement and there were no more so I received a refund.

It is disappointing that you do not offer international shipping. I had to go through a third party shipping service. Goods were fine.

Quick, easy and fast delivery!

Shipping was decently quick. However a couple of my ornaments came cracked, and a couple were missing the top cap. Should ask for somewhat of a refund.

Ordered 2 animated deer. Half of the lights on the '48-Inch Lighted White Standing Reindeer Animated Outdoor Christmas Decoration' one don't work. Very disappointed. Didn't find out until I was setting up the display so I had to angle it and put in the corner so it doesn't look completely terrible but still looks weird because of half the lights being out.

Your customer service team is outstanding – I have now had to contact them three times, and they are helpful and responsive. This is more than I can say about your shipping department!
When order #380421 was first shipped, none of the 3 deer figures in the order were sent – even though the shortage was noted on the outside of the box by someone in shipping!
Oddly, I received FIVE sets of path lights. I had ordered three! But no deer.
On Nov. 16 I spoke with your customer service rep, and he arranged for the 3 missing deer to be shipped.
Yesterday, when I received the three deer, the “1 × 46" Lighted Commercial Grade Acrylic Standing Reindeer Christmas Display Decoration” arrived in a severely damaged box. On opening the box, I found the deer badly broken. Two of the deer’s legs were broken off, and some lights do not work. (Your chat rep has photos)
Contacted Customer Service about this again this morning. Great rep – said he would arrange for the broken deer to be reshipped, and would request that shipping actually take a bit more care in packing – hopefully in a actual shipping carton instead of the much recycled and weak cardboard box in which that the Chinese manufacturer sent it to Christmas Central.
So 5 stars to customer service, none for shipping!

I ordered four sets of lights, the first one I opened was defective and I had some difficulty with customer service. In order to get a refund to my card I had to agree to pay for the return shipping. Why would I want store credit given the circumstances?
