The prelit garland that I ordered from Christmas Central arrived sooner than I expected and was exactly what I hoped it would be. It is beautiful!

I received my order rapidly but 16 fonctions memory mini light is too much to be able to synchronize many sets together. My old sets were 8 fonctions and easily manageable.

Ordering and Service was great. Help with changing delivery address was handled very well. Product ordered were 18 of the 9 ft garland, which were found to be a bit skimpy, but will make do.

The Rudolph doesn’t work all the time. The lights go on and off. I have no idea how to get this replaced.

Order a lot of lights from your company. The. Y’all send me looks like used lights. My c9 bulbs 2 so far are missing. Then I call to get the bulbs so I can hang my lights and y’all tell me it will probably take 15 days. WTH. I put up lights at thanksgiving. It’s not my fault that your company put out a lights with missing bulbs. Never will I buy from your company agin.

Broken shatterproof product due to packing and they could not replace becuase they were out. I asked to return remaing purchase because I bought things that matched and since they could not replace damaged items I had no need for rest of order. I was told I had to pay for shipping to return because they classified it as buyers remorse. The customer service was rude and could careless about the customer. It was my first and last order.
