I did not receive what I ordered. A replacement was supposed to be sent, but it hasn’t been shipped more than a week after I spoke to customer service, and the product I ordered is no longer on the website. I want a refund.

Purchased window swags online. Went to store to return and would not accept online order returns. They had same items in store. Called Customer Service because Fedex was $35 to return. No Way it is only going like 10 miles from my home. Called Customer Service again and was told they would send shipping return label but shipping cost would be determined at the warehouse when received. They could charge $8 to $35 for return.
I never would have order if I could not return to store, and HUGE shipping return. Did not see on website that no returns could be made at the store which is 3 miles from my home. I will never purchase another product at your company.

Bright and cheery. The birch tree branches look sturdy although bark is a birch tape. Not all branches are lighted. 5 are lighted and 5 are plain. But very abundance of light fills this 10ft X 30ft front porch. It's presence does dominate the room. 👍
