I ordered indoor/outdoor lights for my undercover porch. Came in a reasonable amount of time, and have been working beautifully. I am now ordering my Christmas tree lights, as I opened my current lights (not from CC) and they are all kaput! I keep my lights up for many months so maybe I am hard on them, but we just love the tree lights..

I did not receive a complete order. And I waited two weeks to see if I was going to receive the balance. I contacted Christmas Central through chat and told them I did not receive a complete order. I was told they would Check in to it and I would receive an answer within 48 hours. I never did get an answer. I contacted them again. Same thing again, no answer. 3rd time I contacted them and I finally received a credit for what I never received. I was not happy with customer service!

I contacted the virtual helpdesk with an order issue on September 17, the wrong item had been shipped to me. After a long text conversation where I provided many pictures of the package and item, I was told that they would need to contact the warehouse to fix my issue, but that I would receive an email with their findings. I waited 3 weeks before I reached back out and that individual was not able to help me but said to give them 3-4 business days to correct the issue. I reached back out a week later and was told 3-4 days again, so I’ve essentially given up. Seemed like a simple inquiry but no one was willing to get my problem fixed.
