I wanted to use a discount code but you didn’t send it to me until AFTER I placed the order. I thought, for the item I purchased, it was wasaaaasy overpriced

Wrong bulb color, wrong cap color, had to call to get my return processed (it’d been received a week prior) only to receive a partial refund had to call back to get my total refund. I have 2 because I eventually was made whole, terrible first and second experience. My initial order last year was completely cancelled. I won’t be back.

ordered 6 sets of trunk wraps and some shrubs lights in purple. 1 set of trunk does not work. I cannot find a # to call. this is my 3rd survey that I have complained and still no call. My cell is 817 366-9948. That is the reason for the poor reveiw.

Wanted to get new lights for our house for christmas decoration. I wanted something a little different, a little unique. They had to fit in with the other decorations we already had, which is mainly blue and white. Found these and order 1 set, they were delivered quickly on time. Decided we really liked them and ordered 5 more sets. They were delivered again quickly on time. Already for Christmas, can't wait. Shopping online was easy and items delivered on time, and price was fair. Would recommend checking out Christmas Central for all your Christmas decorations.Item ordered: 100 G30 Globe Icicle Lights, colors blue and white.

Product is beautiful so 5 starts for that but I received a table top reindeer decor that was broken. Customer service responded quickly shipped another but it was the wrong item. Contacted customer service a second time shipped the wrong item again. I contacted customer service direct via telephone and they sent another reindeer that was again broken.. Packed in Styrofoam but not very well. Florals and ornaments are beautiful!

The ornaments were ok for what I was needing them for, although the colors are quite different from what is pictured. Customer service is great—I love the chat option. I did not get email confirmation upon ordering nor shipping notification on 2/2 orders.

I thought I purchased a unique product; however, turns out the listing was incorrect. They did refund my $$$, thank you very much, but still...you pay twice here for a non-unique product that you can get elsewhere for much $$$

This is a follow up to my previous review, i don't know how to change that one so I'm putting a new one. CC responded to my concerns and gave me a discount on what I had purchased. :o)

Every strand I purchased went out 1/2. They also were shorting out my outdoor gfi. DO not buy these. They also refused to do anything for me because they stated it was out of the warranty policy.

I received the two ornaments I had ordered in a timely manner. They were securely wrapped and in perfect shape. It was a good experience!
