When the tree I ordered arrived, the large box was falling apart and had been taped and re-taped several times. I opened the box and right on top of the tree was an order sheet from another customer ( with their personal information!). Written on this order it said "defective return". So, I looked at the tree and in addition, I was missing 1 of the 4 parts - the whole top of the tree! I contacted customer service and they refunded my money and said I did not need to return the tree, What was I supposed to do with 3/4 of a tree? So, in summary I received a defective returned tree that no one bothered to look at, and the personal information from another customer.

I wish there was a 0!! I received 7 of wrong items 3 different times. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Weeks later still no refund. Very disappointed. I sent several emails to get the issue resolved. I was only sent 2 items to be corrected 2 times never all 7. Each time sent the wrong ones. Spent my money on ugly ornaments I did not want. I really like things on this site but I am not going to spend money for something I don't want or didn't order. I'll just go elsewhere.
