I ordered a set of 12 4" shatterprooof ball ornaments and was disappointed to see that 3 pf the balls were dented. They were shipped in a box with 1 small pc of the air filled "pillows", but nothing on the sidess, in between or on top. Looked like they got knocked around a bit. It wouldnt be that big of a deal, but the same thing happened the first time I ordered from you. I's a shame, really.

I ordered a resin white wicker swing and two rockers. And although a different model swing was delivered, we liked it and decided to keep it. Customer service rep. Richard was very cooperative about looking into the mistake and also prompt in reimbursing the difference in the price of the originally ordered swing and the one we received and elected to keep.
However, the two resin white wicker rockers were never delivered due to being damaged in shipment. We were notified by email that they could not be replaced due to being out of stock. We were sad about that, but we feel we were kept informed about the situation by Richard.
I had to order different chairs from another company and have not received those yet. Iâm hoping they arrive soon so that our porch will soon look nice, and we will have everything we need.

I love the color and style, that was really beautiful. The only complaint that I have and was disappointed with was there was no tie on them and no cover so if you had any type of wind that would be the end of the umbrellaâs. I have never purchased a umbrella without these two things.

The worst!! I called multiple times to help with a return and when finally I got someone, she completely ignored my request and simply kept saying she would call me back later and confirm AND NEVER DID! Tried calling again n got no response.

Had to get Pay Pal involved to get my order. After having place the order a month went by and I still had not gotten my order of red white and blue lights. Checked on my order and the indication was that it had not even been ship after a month. I contacted Christmas Central twice and was told by the same rep that it would be shipped soon. On the second call I was told someone from the corporate office would contact me in 24 hours. Waited 4 days because of the weekend and still no call. Had to get Pay Pal involved. Once Pay Pal was involved I got my order in 24 hours. Wonât be buying from Christmas Central again.
