Excellent customer service. Received two items and one item is defective. The issue was solved quickly and will return to shop again.

Excellent Quality

Due to slow carrier deliveries, my order has not as yet been delivered, however, I received instant communication from Christmas Central, and great customer service in replacing the item, or offering a refund. Excellent service.

Ordered a set of two items. Only one came. Contacted customer service 2 weeks ago, they said they'd get back to me in a few days. After a week I contact them again and they said they were still working on it. Haven't heard anything back.

Was disappointed when I got them because like 1/3rd of the bulbs the colors were all scratched off,& just a plain white light shows thru. I bought 4 boxes of lights,& they were all exactly the same. Next xmas, I'll just try 2 replace the messed up bulbs w/spares that i have. So that will b fun & time consuming...

Reason why am leaving three stars because some of my lights and come in to wait after the new year.

I ordered this item on a Friday in December and paid for Two Day Shipping. And since I did not receive the item in Two Days, Lily A of Customer Service at Christmas Central refunded my two day shipping costs. Thank you Lily. Christmas Central is a VERY honest and caring company and does right for its customers.

I purchased 2 wreaths. They were not what I expected so I returned them and 2 weeks ago you received them. Just yesterday I received a credit for only one of them. This is not acceptable. I’m working with Debbie Diaz on this, but still no resolution. Please help!

I have yet to receive my order from your company. I keep getting emails from the USPS stating that my order is "out for delivery" since January 9 2021. But they keep giving me different dates for the out for delivery statement. The latest was January 16 stating it was out for delivery. So I have to give you a one star because I have not received this order. I have no idea why this is taking so long for the delivery but I am becoming extremely frustrated. If your company chooses to use the USPS in the future I would think about this. If this is how all your deliveries are for your products, I may have to think again about shopping for your items. Up date on previous review 1/18/21. I received a very nice email from Dorothy customer service rep for this company. I appreciate her speedy response to this review and for helping me out with this dilemma I am facing with delivery. She has graciously waved the shipping charge which I greatly appreciate. It is nice to see a company that cares about their customers. We see little of that in this day and time. I hope the USPS comes through with this delivery because I really would like to receive this product as well as my husband so we can finally take our Christmas trees down and put them away using these products. Thank you again for being so responsive it made my day

We ordered two Christmas night lights. The ordering process was perfect. When the items arrived, one was broken. The tree on the night light with Santa roasting marshmallows broke off in transit. Item number 30651 89945 57383. We know could’ve contacted you and perhaps got a refund or had another one sent but we decided not to hassle with it. We just used it without the Christmas tree. One suggestion would be to give additional protection to the items. They were packaged in an individual box for each one with styrofoam and then just taped together. They should have then should have been in another big box with packing peanuts to protect the boxes better.

Was put in a box not wrapped or anything lucky it was not broken could at least put some wrapping around it before you put in box to shipped

This order was good. Previous order the product was defective and I had to use superglue to connect the plug to the unit

The item came very late

The snowman I ordered is good quality and exactly as pictured. Delivery was quicker than expected, and item was carefully packed. I will be ordering from Christmas Central in the future.

Ordered a wreath for our company Christmas party, to be held 12/19. Despite shipping promises, item did not arrive until we’ll after Christmas. Very disappointed.

Shipping took too long.

I need to return these ornaments. They were ordered in November with expedited shipping and an expected delivery time of 7 days. I did not receive them until just days before Christmas. MY FAMILY DID NOT HAVE A CHRISTMAS TREE THIS YEAR. Furthermore, not thrilled with the colors, and since I have 11 months before I need them, I would like to find colors more to my liking.

Please send me an RMA and return instructions at your earliest convenience.

will never order again, ordered Christmas lights on Dec 7, paid for 3 day delivery, till today I have not received my refund for the order that I have never received.
