I had to leave a message to ask about an order being later than expected. I did end up receiving it in good condition, and even though it was after the item arrived, I did get a call in response to the voicemail I left. I'm assuming that the lateness was because of the US Postal Service's problems and not anything at Christmas Central, and I'm also assuming that there were enough calls needing attention that it took awhile for Christmas Central to get caught up with them. Overall, I appreciate that they followed up with my call.

The things I ordered were very nice, but I didn't receive them until a couple days before Christmas. I needed them earlier as they were the only decorations i was going to use. I was disappointed, but at least I have them early for next year.

I bought two sets of xmas lights locally and needed more. found the same thing on Christmas central though it was more expensive. I ordered them toward the end of November and got them after xmas. the lights that came are poorer quality and different colors. when I went to put them up a third of them didn't work. I found a missing bulb and with some difficulty plugged a spare in. still no light. sending them back. hopefully the refund experience will be more positive.

I only give them a two because I have not received my entire order as of yet. I received 75% of it and called customer service to figure out when the rest would be sent. They told me to be shipped out right away and I still have not seen it. So they need to coordinate their administrators offices with their customer service.

From getting the complete wrong order, to no lack of communication and me having to repeatedly ask for a refund, I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone else. I'm STILL waiting on a refund.

I paid for expedited shipping and I received it weeks later. When I looked up Christmas Central’s customer service page, it basically says it is out of their hands and to contact the shipping company yourself so did not bother contacting.
