Although you had the light sets I was looking for, I found your communication regarding delivery intentionally vague and non-existent. After ordering my lights in October, the final order just showed up ... 6 weeks?! Your packaging was damaged and one $26 set although correct, was in the wrong packaging. All the packages in my last shipment were ripped. The lights all worked well. I will not be recommending you.

I couldn’t find electric window ‘candles’ anywhere! I’m not sure why? Stores used to carry them but for whatever reason there wasn’t any to be found. My began to search on line and he found them at Christmas Central! I was so thankful! Thank you Christmas Central!!!! We’ll be back!!! Merry Christmas! 🎁

One of the large Christmas balls arrived with the rhinestone string only partly attached to the ball and the ribbon to hang the ball was missing. I can probably glue the rhinestone string back on and buy some ribbon to hang the ball.

I order 18 snow flakes for windows and 12 did not come with suction cup that it sad it would and I call christmas central to get me 12 suction cups that did not come in box but they said they would send them to me but i have not receive them yet I do not think I will buy anything else from christmas central because there customer service is terrible not reliable.

Paid for 3 day service and got 6 day service. When I inquired I was told this is how it is, you ordered on a Friday. I would not make another purchase from this company for any reason, there are plenty of other online sites selling the same thing. Poor!

Very frustrating experience! The items have still not shipped after more than three weeks. Customer Service has been unsuccessful getting any kind of update from the warehouse. December will likely be over before I hear anything...I have left multiple voice-mail messages and endure painful daily chats seeking any kind of update. I just want to cancel my order at this point but keep being told to wait another business day. Worst experience ever!

Terrible. I received the wrong product - took days to get return label. I tracked it and you received it over a week ago...I still have not been issued credit card credit - despite both calling and emailing customer service. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau soon and my credit card company.

Site was east to navigate, products are competitively priced. however, delivery took longer than expected (OK, it is the holidays) but the product I received, was NOT as pictured on the site. I was to get a 6ft inflatable, lighted, snowman with Merry Christmas sign. The sign did not say Merry Christmas, it said North Pole. So I'm not real happy with this company. I have sent email with photos as proof, and am waiting to hear back from them.

I purchased many items from Christmas Central this year. Several items were incorrect when I received them. I still haven’t received the correct item of one and was shipped the incorrect item again on another. The quality of product is wonderful, however I will not order from Christmas Central again, nor would I recommend it to anybody.
