Quality of lighted candles was poor. Product was shipped in paper bag and two lights were broken in shipment. Plastic is very cheap and ones I bought at Menards were heavier and half the price with no shipping cost. Would not buy from this company again.

Ordering was about as easy as you can get. Received the order in a few days and had our lights up in no time. The C9 product looks great.

Very impressed that parts of the order came with wire attached to the ornaments! Unfortunately I did receive several damaged ornaments. If not for that I would have given 5 Stars.

Basically, I had a good experience. The only thing a liitle off- putting was that my Xmas string lights arrived in shipping bags and their boxes they came in were banged up and a little crushed. I really think things like LIGHTS, ornaments (breakables) should be sent in a box and well-protected.

We were so excited for this item and our first purchase on your site. Upon receiving the item we learned it wad simply an overly priced item which came appearing like it had already been used, flickerd numerous times and has multiple lights needing to be adjusted. Did not come with packing slip or anything to allow for a return, and with shipping costs we are already just stopping with it. Wish we could say we liked it and would purchase from this company again but does nt seem reliable.

The experience and costumer services was great but my items don’t accomplish my expectations. I order 4 items, one the start never turn on, the second never blown on was inflatable the fan never work I when I finally thought was done another one just break out from the wire. The pros their costumer services agents help me with all and solve my problem but I was getting ready for my unsuccessful Christmas decor,

Pretty much everything I bought from Christmas Central is crap. The reindeer can barely stand. Metal pieces holding antlers are missing. The nativity I paid a lot of money for was in bad shape when I opened it and there are no I instructions on how to put it together and its not something where common sense would help. I bought these ahead and thought I was keeping them safe in their boxes. Now I cant return them. I am not a happy customer.
