Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt. However, the item I ordered was not as described. I wanted candle holders that would accommodate taper candles specifically. The written description states they do just that. They don’t. Not even close. I like the finish as they go with other items but I’ve had to make do with different candles. Disappointing.

really cute!!! It's SUPER BRIGHT LED. I put it in the window and I can see it from way down the street.

Almost a month, I had 2 orders, received 1 in a week's time, apparently 2nd got lost in transit. Received email asking how I enjoy my 2nd order, but since I haven't received it, I emailed back saying it wasn't received to date. Rep emailed back and asked if I want a refund or product re-sent. I asked for re-send. We'll see how it goes. I would order again from you If I do receive it.

The top of my tree is just red and green lights and the bottom is multicolored. There were a lot of broken lights as well. I was very disappointed.

Products (string elec lghts) received all worked perfect but one would not work. Contacted company next business day and had a replacement within a few days. So very nice to work with a company who has good product and stands by product and consumer. Thank you so much. Easy breezy! Needed those lights asap and you delivered!

The purchasing was seamless and my item arrived without any problems. I have not yet put it up yet because it isn’t Christmas, but my purchasing experience could not have been better. I would purchase from them again!
