I wanted to return some items because they looked very different online from what I received and I was told that I could return the items but that I would be responsible for shipping.

The lights work but the blue washed off of the blue lights within a week. These shouldn't be called outdoor lights if the color just washes off and you're left with clear lights.

Ordered green string lights for St Patrick's day. The lights were on sale and there was an additional discount! Shipping was fast. Thank you Christmas Central!!!!

I ordered a concrete clock. That’s what it said in the description. I also called customer service twice to verify the weight and material it was made of. When I got it it was made of wood painted grey. It’s not useable for my purpose. I wrote to customer service and was offered a small discount to keep the clock. The discount offered was too nominal to keep the clock as I would have to replace it in a short amount of time. They refused to increase the discount so I had to send it back. Be wary of the product descriptions because they are not accurate. Very disappointed in this company and more disappointed in their unwillingness to accommodate a customer because of a mistake they made.
