It was easy to order and I got the net lights in time for Christmas. One did not blink, but I said ok, I would live with it. Another just stopped working after 2 weeks. Unsure if I will buy again.

Items exactly as described.
Fast service especially during the
Holiday season. I would definitely use them again.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I had a terrible experience. I bought some stuff for the holidays. Things I received came in broken like it was a return sent out to me. I didn't receive items I purchased. I called and couldn't get through to someone. I submitted a ticket and they said they would discount the damaged stuff 15%. Lucky me...I spend over $500.00 and they want to leave me with broken stuff so they don't have to deal with shipping. Sorry...just not good enough. They were suppose to refund me for stuff that was never delivered and I never received that either. I'll just go through my credit card and and have them reverse the charges. Horrible experience.

Made a purchase and returned the item because it was t what I thought. It was scanned delivered at your location on 12/7. Its now 12/23 and my refund has not processed yet. Called the 800#, person said they would "expedite" my return. Hmmmm.

Directly it was fine. I had first ordered the item through Target and got the wrong thing delivered. Returned it to a Target store and reordered directly. That was better. The price was better, it was quicker. The item is really great. The overall experience was frustrating and time consuming but turned out fine.

Item was defective. Did not receive a speedy return. Shipping cost was more than what I paid for the faulty item.

I have been waiting for an email with a return label to return a tree that was delivered broken and not working.
