I was sent a garland that someone cut part of it and sent it back- or it was a defect not measuring the length that I ordered. I contacted them and the man was no help and he hung up on me- never heard anything back from them. Customer service is not good

3rd time you are asking - REALLY ???? Ordered product January 2020. You shipped the wrong product. Did not have replacement - sent back RMA - took long time to get refund. In July get notice - my order status is changed to shipped - what??? Never got product, luckily no charge yet for the "new" status of shipped. Now 3 surveys. Go away - you guys blew it - I am not a customer and never will be - your are zero for the whole transaction. My mistake was trying you in the first place. If your systems are that screwed up I am not dealing with it. sorry.

It was terrible. I placed an order for Christmas ornaments in early December, 2019 and received and email July, 2020 that it has shipped. It is now August and I still haven’t gotten any package... Do you guys ship through pony express? Don’t even want nor do I need the ornaments anymore.

A couple things happened here. I had ordered a tree topper, but it was on backorder for several months, so I cancelled it, or so I thought. It was delivered to me in July. But the customer service rep. took care of it, I sent it back and got my full refund. They were really easy to talk with and the issue was resolved in 5 mins. I would definitely purchase again from them.
