Although it wasn't the product I ordered, the balls weren't the problem. It was an employee in customer service who went out of her way to make matters difficult in my attempt to return. Her attitude was passive aggressive and she made a simple process difficult. At this time, I can see no reason to ever shop here/

THE XMAS TRAIN SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SHIPPED TO ME IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. THE BOX TOO WAS IN EXTREMELY POOR SHAPE. A SHAME AN EMPLOYEE WOULD PASS SUCH ITEM TO A CUSTOMER.

The decal on the cup on the website shows 6 decals vertical all over it. The cup that came has 3 decals so they are bigger than smaller. The photo on the website needs to be updated, but the cup is still nice. Would buy again.
