The purchase and customer service experience was fine. The product severely missed the mark. The statuary was expensive. I expected that for the price, the color would have been added to the resin. It was not. It was painted on the bird bath. In California's sun, ANYTHING THAT IS PAINTED will not weather well. EPIC FAIL. The paint has pealed already and does not look like a decoration at all.

Had a small issue but customer service corrected it in a reasonable amount of time. Communication between customer service and the warehouse could be a little faster but maybe this is due to covid / limited work shifts? But overall, very happy and highly recommend

I had order a set of red and white ornaments from you when I received them they where just put in to a box and the box was a mess when I got it. When I opened the box some of the ornaments where smashed and some where broken I do not think I will order from you again. Miss Debbie Gulick.
