The shopping experience was fine but the item I ordered was not packaged well and it was damaged in shipping. I was disappointed with the order but not with the shopping experience.

I placed my order on 7/25, got an email that it shipped on 7/29. As of this time I have yet to receive my order! When I check tracking that was sent on the email it has continued to say ‘Shipment ready for UPS’. Called customer service on Monday, was told it would ship soon as I thought there may have been an issue with payment. Called customer service again on 8/6. Was advised that tha shipment may have been lost, was advised by Andrea it was going to been re-shipped immediately. I still haven’t seen it, old tracking is still saying ‘Shipment ready...’. And have not gotten any other notice of a new shipment. I have used your site for over a year and have been happy with it. But right now, I am quite UN HAPPY. Please advise!
