I ordered a wreath that was just perfect. Imagine my disappointment to find a small Santa Claus in my package instead of my wreaths. To make it worse, after calling your consumer department they said the wreath was sold out, nothing they could do about. They said they would credit my account and I could keep or destroy the Santa, “it really didn’t matter”. They said they had no way of knowing if they would sell the wreath again but I could check back in a few months.
They offered an apology. I just don’t think, even if they did say sorry, they didn’t seem to care. I’m disabled and I order everything on line. Of the hundred of things I order I would understand and move on not that wreath was so perfect. Anyway, it was a bitter pill to swallow and I am very disappointed.
