Received my items in a timely fashion. I did not use them due to extraordinary circumstances. Next year is another year.

Order never arrived, only a small piece of it. Can't get through to customer service, just leave voice mails.

Not that great! Slow shipping and some of the items’ boxes came in crushed and damaged condition. Needed items for holiday and not enough time to return or exchange.

I received the wrong item and was never sent the correct item despite sending multiple customer service emails.

Very Disappointed.

I had been looking for LED multi-color bands and thought these tree wraps would work. Original order was through Amazon. Took 3 weeks for delivery because only free standard shipping available. When box arrived instead of 2 multi-colored tree wraps I received 3 boxes of cool white icicle strand lights.

Called Christmas Central direct. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks for exchange because they couldn't do anything until I returned the wrong ones. Better to order them direct so I did. Customer service said they would ship the next day. Called a week later and they had still not been shipped. Tried to cancel the order but they couldn't guarantee they could stop it. They also said they can offer overnight, 1 and 2 day service BUT the order still has to go through their que so even though it might be overnight an order might not even ship for as much as a week depending on other orders in the que.

(Meantime I did get a refund through Amazon almost 3 weeks later)

Finally received them anyway (order never canceled) a week later. Put on a tree only to find that they are NOT multi-colored as pictured on their website and even on the box. They are 5 rows of the SAME COLOR so when you wrap a tree all you get is vertical lines of the same color. Each vertical line is a different color. Posted pictures on the Amazon review for this product.

Gave up and maybe try to find a use for them next year.

The only good thing was the 3 different calls to Customer Service the person was always very polite although all 3 gave different information.

The Lighted Reindeer was damaged when I received it and the damage was not due to shipping. I have yet to receive my refund from the Gordon Corporation and it was purchased before Christmas.

The two metal lighted Trees were as delivered with no issues.

HI, in December I ordered 9 sets of small Christmas lights (3x 3.5V, 3X 6V and 3X 12V). It took almost 4 weeks to receive the order and in the package, I only received 6 sets of lights (3X3.5V and 3X 12V); no 6V lights. I then sent a note telling them about the error and all they offered was to reimburse the 6V lights. I asked them not to reimburse me but to rather send me the missing lights because the cost of this purchase is high due to shipping. For this purchase to make sense, you need to order many things. This reimbursement does not take shipping into consideration. They disregarded my request and reimbursed me. I believe that quality control and client service is very weak with Christmas Central and I will never order from them again.

Everything was delivered in great shape and exactly what I was looking for.

These LED cords do not work with Sylvania LED Mosaic lights like I hoped.

Happy with the selection, sale prices, delivery cost to Canada and delivery time. Packaging of my 2x36” wreaths was a little strange but everything made it to me Undamaged. Will shop again when I need to.
