I would definitely buy from you again. I ordered a rotating Christmas tree stand from you a week or two before Christmas and received it in time to put it up before Christmas eve. It really set my tree off and made decorating it fun. Thank you so much for the opportunity to make my first time buying experience fun and easy.
Sincerely, James Grear

I tried to return something because I was sent the wrong product, and was sent the same email five or six times saying we’re waiting to hear back from you. When I wrote more then five emails and called more then once. I will never buy from this company again. Lesson learned don’t buy from some one without doing research. Poor customer service stuck with two 12 inch trees that cost me $30 instead of my two 3 foot Christmas trees!

A little slow getting the order and the item was slightly damaged and missing a piece. But it was around the Holidays and I was able to fix the item myself so I'm not giving a bad rating. Stuff happens

the product that I bought was 2 bases for Christmas tree, I don't know why they only work for natural Christmas tree, besides when I turn around it didn't work

My Christmas wreaths were a good product at a reasonable price. If you want the same, then I suggest that you order them well in advance, for the wreaths apparently are made to order rather than stocked in a refrigerated building.

My item was returned and I have not received my credit thru Paypal. I have called numerous times and still no refund and it’s been almost a month and no result. I had cancelled my order before it was shipped and it was still sent but I did not accept the package and the driver sent it back to sender. Very unhappy with entire experience.

Excellent fast service, but the items were not packaged at all. Just an address label affixed to the box and shipped. Fortunately, nothing was broken.

The purple lights I purchased weren’t purple. I’ve left 2 reviews with you, both unanswered. I attached a photo also. No response. So NO, not happy at all.

The items were just as described. My only complaint was that they took so long to arrive and we received no communication between the order and the time they actually shipped so we were unaware of what caused the delay and how long we should expect the delay to last.

Great product, but shipping and delivery dates not on time, still waiting for my rush order delivery fee refund
