Just to process my order took 9 days. Then shipping extended my wait time to 3 weeks. If you’re selling Christmas items and you don’t have the staffing to send Christmas decor until a week before Christmas then you shouldn’t be advertising that you ship in the timeframe you say online you can but then tell everyone who complains about wait time that order volumes are putting things on back order. That’s crazy. I won’t order from this site again unless I have 2 months waiting time available.

I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to use as a 'blanket of snow' on a few shelves to display my holiday music boxes on...so I ordered three different types. I thought I would return the two I didn't want to use. They arrive very quickly - and I loved all three of them - one plain, one with 'glitter' embedded, and one with tiny lights throughout. I ended up keeping and using all three in various spots.

Actually disgusted with the service. I recently purchased a star and changed my mind so tried to cancel the order a couple min after it went through. I called the helpline and they said no problem it’s cancelled- I should get a confirmation email shortly. Never got that- called back four times each time leaving a message because nobody was answering or calling me back. I then received my item which I did not want and was charged for. I then called twice to inform them of this and of course did not get through. Basically a fraud website. Impossible to talk to a human. Oh and my item was damaged! Thanks for the trash and waste of my time and money.

it was crucial I got the items in time for a party. I chatted with a rep online asking if I needed to upgrade to express shipping, he advised it would not be needed. order shipped in multiple shipments. 2 of the 3 items arrived the day after the party. I called two days before the party when I realized I had only received one item, when I was informed it would arrive late and was offered no other options or apology.
