Disappointed with customer support. Item we purchased is faulty and we made two attempts to contact the company with no response.

I purchased an item and it was never shipped even though I was sent tracking information. The tracking showed that it was never shipped from the warehouse. The first time I contacted support the lady told me it had shipped and to wait 24 hours for tracking update. I know how tracking works as I actually deliver mail. So I contacted UPS and they stated they never even received it. So back to support I went. The gentleman stated he would contact the warehouse manager and see what was going on. He replied that they were out of stock of the item and that I would receive a refund in 5 to 6 business days. 2 weeks later nothing, so I contacted them again and finally got my refund .

I was really happy with the quality of the items I bought! Prices were good and when I had a problem with my shipment (package not received / stolen from porch?) they resolved it right away. Will purchase again from Christmas central.
