Unfortunately not great. I ordered 7 items, was sent 4 and one was not what I ordered. I paid for a faster method of shipping.
After numerous emails and call, Heather did credit the shipping fee back to me and the items that were not received.

I hope you can find who I spoke with on the phone!! This lady made a very upsetting problem much better, AND made a sale on your end for more money!!!😁 She was very professional, after she calmed me down she explained and fixed my problem, started a refund and sold me what I wanted!! It was supposed to take a week to get here and it arrived 2 days later! The only negative was the refund took weeks but I assume that was because it had to go thru walmart. I will definately order from you DIRECTLY again and have told everyone looking for a new tree about you and the awesome lady I spoke to! THANKS!!

I’ve been wanting a Kurt Adler Angel tree topper for sometime ... googled and thought I was on a Canadian site and therefore charged differently than expected ... but the worst was it came damaged ... the angels head was missing a piece and the ribbon on the dress was frayed ... the lady at Customer service gave me a complete refund but unfortunately could not send out another one , I’m still waiting for my husband to take me to Dave’s as I live in Toronto Canada .

I ordered a 48” wreath. It came in a box labeled 48” , tag on wreath read 48” but the wreath itself was 36”. I had to send pictures to prove it measured 36”. A lot of trouble to return it. Good quality wreaths just wish they had been the right size!
