I was very disappointed in the tree that was ordered. Even with having to fluff the tree, it was still completely unacceptable and misrepresented in your photos. Upon chatting with an agent regarding my dissatisfaction and trying to get a return label to find out that the return shipping cost was almost as much as the tree and will never recommend this site to anyone who is looking for an artificial tree.

Great selection and prices; my only complaint was that our lights order took a very long time to ship and arrived mid-December, which was really too late to put up for the season.

When I bought my tree stand online from your web site, I thought I read somewhere on your site that it would be shipped the next day. It took about 10 days to get here though. I had already cut my tree down so this was a problem. It was exactly as ordered though. Thank you.

I purchased 5 three light candelabras. I am very pleased with them. They use C batteries, so they are bright and last longer that lights that use AA batteries. They also are self timed, 8 hours on and 16 hours off.

The window light picture was ok and the price was good. But I spent extra for a 3 day delivery. An email came about 6 days after my order saying the order had shipped. The items arrived at my door 10 days after ordered. I contacted Christmas Central asking for a refund on the $12.18 extra for 3 day shipping and could nog get a return call or email. After many requests I was called and told they would send the shipping refund. The refund to my CC was posted exactly 30 days later they said it was on its way. Good product but they "over promise and under deliver”.

I would put zero stars if an option. I was not happy with the product. I was looking for something fuller. I wanted to return it and inquire as to why I had to pay the shipping costs to return and was advised that your company takes the position that my dissatisfaction was "buyer's remorse." I'm an attorney and a response like that just tells me you're not a good company and only value the sale over the customer.

Kinda last minute, I was trying to find WHITE outdoor lights. None in the stores. Everyone else only had soft white. Christmas Central sent me exactly what I wanted, very quickly, very affordable. Thanks!

I have purchased some outdoor Christmas decorations over the years. I have been satisfied with each purchase. Have received numerous compliments on my outdoor decorations. Also have purchased indoor Christmas tree decorations that were very nice as I had expected.

I bought a small tree a few years ago and love it! This year we have a bit more room and I bought a larger one. The hinged branches are so much nicer than traditional branches, easy to put together and store. And it’s beautiful!
