I unsubscribe to this annoying crap and you people keep sending me this email. Ok, here’s the review. Your products suck and your customer service sucks. People should not buy anything from you. Avoid this crappy company at all costs. There’s your review. Happy now?

Products incorrectly advertised and incorrect sizes shipped. Quite a hassle taking photos to send in trying to show what was wrong. Took weeks to finally get the company to see what was wrong. Did get a suitable refund after the company realized they over charged .

Delivery was thrown in front of our garage door even though we were home. Both boxes have come partially opened. Very poor delivery performance. We have pictures of the boxes.
Otherwise shopping process was great, but your delivery agent represents your choices in transportation or your packaging or both need to improve.

We odered our first artificial tree EVER. Neither of us has had one in our lifetime...over 50+ years. We were both very skeptical. The tree turned out beautiful and not overpriced! We ordered 3 more after Christmas for the rest of the house next year. Shipping info could have been updated better, wasn't sure if we were getting our last minute order in time until it just showed up. Thanks for the great trees!
