I was happy to hear the item, a Buddha fountain, was available. It was out of stock on Wayfair, where I'd first seen it. You also made shipping to Canada easy with a simple, reasonable additional charge. The shipping was screwed up, unfortunately. After being notified it was on it's way, UPS tracking showed only "Label Created". I called several times to Christmas Central and was assured it had been shipped and must be held up at Customs. A call to UPS confirmed it had never been picked up. It took a final call to CC to get it on it's way and the item arrived a few days later. Your staff were helpful and ultimately it only took 10 days but I wasn't happy with the # of calls I had to make and the uncertainty of where the package was.
