I had an issue with one of the two strands shipped. Christmas Central immediately refunded the cost of the defective strand of lights and shipped a replacement set. I'm very pleased with the outcome and their pro-active customer service. I'd do business with them again.

I love all the items that I purchased from this store. I purchased 2 sizes of snowmen and they are all so pretty. Just like the photo. I purchased all of them on sale and got really great prices. I would purchase from this store again. The prices on sale were cheaper than everywhere else.

I made my first order with Christmas Central and was pleased, except for an item that was described as "pack of 12" for which I only received one (1) item. I left a review about it (good review; simply mentioned this mistake), and they immediately took action to remedy the situation. I received the corrected pack of 12 in a very timely fashion. Great customer service!

We ordered several boxes of unbreakable Christmas bulbs to use on our wreaths. These arrived in great shape and will be just the thing to rejuvenate our wreaths.
