I have been very pleased with the transactions I have made. Items were exactly as described, arrived in a timely manner, and we're just what I wanted! I had a very pleasant phone experience today when I called about returning an item. I have no reason to doubt that my return will be processed and refunded quickly. I highly recommend Christmas Central!

Of 3 orders, a few items were missing and 1 was received broken, but Christmas Central followed through and reimbursed me. I'm very pleased with the quality of the nutcrackers and musical figurines, boxes and globes. Mistakes occur but they took care to resolve things. That speaks volumes. I'll be ordering from them again. Some of the items are do incredibly nice, I'm keeping them up year round. Thank you.

The company made good on a bad situation, in fact they went way beyond what was required in resolving my issue. The Customer Service Department not only refunded my money in full, but they allowed me to keep all the items that had been sent to me. I am revising my previous feedback to highly recommend to family & friends.

I love everything you have especially Christmas. The pinks and burgundy I just purchased are for the 2019 Christmas tree at church. Thanks to your georgeous selections and fabulous sales of Christmas things I buy ahead after Christmas for the next year! You're the best!

Had a problem with order. Sent wrong color lights. Were sold out and couldn’t replace them. They refunded me including the correct strand I received plus 2 free strands of another type. I appreciate their efforts.

I purchasing from Christmas Central although I returned a couple of item as didn’t care for them. There was some mix up as I received the same angel not 2 diffrent angels that I,really wanted. The 32” Santa I was disappointed with legs , loving his face & upper body & size. Just didn’t like the Santa
