I LOVE shopping on your website! We decided to replace most of our Christmas decorations this year and I knew that I would probably be purchasing my items off of you. I have purchased things from you in the past and was very pleased with them. You have a nice assortment of items to choose from along with a variety of colors and sizes. I had no trouble finding the items that I wanted along with other things that I thought would look great with them. I found that a lot of the things that I purchased was even on sale. The delivery was quick also! The only thing that was missing was having you do the decorating for us, but, that's okay! I love doing it myself!

Terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong products. Was missing products. Upon contacting someone about it was told those items i didnt order were in fact the missing items which i did order. Took days of argueing with this worker in order to get a refund on my missing items. Also ordered an item from here from targets website and have yet to receive my order from over a month ago. Lesson learned i will never be ordering from here again

the light star shape is fine but the cord is so short you have to use an extension cord for each one. i bought 8 regular shaped star lights here last year which I love and that cord is 3xlonger than this star. unfortunately they no longer carried the star i love from last year with just white lights. company is wonderful but the product i bought this year is not.

Purchased lights that were extremely dim. Purchased the same exact model of lights from another seller and they were two different colors and the other set was way brighter tha. They ones bought from Christmas central. Asked for a refund and was told to return them for a refund but I would have to pay for return shipping myself. When I asked why I had to pay for return shipping for a faulty product I never received a response, even after emailing three times and calling twice.

5 Stars in November 2018. There was a shipping error apparently and it was remedied almost immediately. I ordered a club pack of 144 Christmas finials. I received one. I looked at the reviews and thought the issue would not be resolved. Nonetheless, I emailed customer service. They responded in less than a day. The correct order was shipped shortly thereafter. I am a happy customer.
