Unfortunately, the first tree the top half wouldn't work and I couldn't get it to. They did a great job sending a replacement and making it easy for the return of the first. The second tree is also having trouble with the top not lighting...but it's intermittent and seems to be in the plug...I should be able to repair it. The tree does look good when lit!

Ordered several times, multiple Christmas ornaments. They are super nice! One did suffer a break, and Christmas Central was quick to refund me the cost. Thank you.

Christmas Central has really stepped up to the plate for quality control and excellent customer service. The ornaments were very well packed and no longer have an issue with broken ornaments. I feel very confident with the quality and exemplary service from Christmas Central.

The chicken wing and donut ornaments were absolutely adorable and a great addition to our tree! The glass used is very sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will break just by bumping into it like some ornaments have felt before. Great quality!

I have made several purchases from Christmas Central this season. On the negative side quality control is lacking! I received non-working lights, missing items from a set and a rusty tree stand. Are order's checked before shipping them out to customer's? So because of this I was unable to place some items in my yard for the holidays. To replace the special flicker light bulbs required on the non-working one's I received cost $4.99 each plus $5.00 shipping! No thanks-not worth it! Regular ground shipping UPS should be free as offered by other stores.
On the positive side I like the items I did receive that look nice and work good! I will continue to shop from this store for that reason!
Like the variety of items you have to offer as well!
