Received my package of ornaments that I chose. I ordered 12 silver icicle drops. 4 of the 12 arrived broken. They weren't packed with care in bubble wrap and they're fragile so it's no surprise this happened. I didn't realize I had only 7 days to report a damaged product received versus the general return policy. I now am out the money for the broken product and need to send the remaining 8 back as 8 isn't enough for the size of my tree. As a first time customer, I won't buy directly from CC again.

I am very disappointed in the way this company ships their products out to customers. This Christmas holiday was the first time I've ever order through this company and it will probably be the last time. The packaging skills used here need lots of help. Products come damaged due to the way they were shipped.

I wasn’t able to use my ornaments because most of them arrived broken. There was no top piece to hang an ornament hanger on them.They were not even in the box for me to try and glue them back on either. I will not be ordering from here again.

I was looking for garland that was fairly thick. You just can’t find it in the store, anywhere. I ordered at the end of November hoping the garland would get here before I had to decorate my tree. I waited til the last minute and couldn’t wait. I used the crummy garland. When I received my order and was thrilled with what I got. I can wait til next year so I can use my new garland. It’s really beautiful. Since I couldn’t use in the tree I used it to decorate other parts of the house. Now I know where to buy Christmas decor.

Overall, this turned out to be a fine experience. That said, I originally ordered three items (actually 3 garlands, 1 set of a lights and a tree topper). The garlands arrived fine, but the box that should have held the other items instead had someone else's order. However, the person at customer service was quite nice and said she'd send out replacement items. Then I waited. When I looked online at my account, there was no indication of the items being ordered or sent. So then I wondered and waited. I was just about to call again when I got a notice from FedEx that a shipment was on it's way. The next the lights and topper arrived just fine. Anyone can make a mistake and I would imagine this is the busiest time of year. It's how you handle your mistakes that matter. I'm pleased that Christmas Central got my correct order to me with minimum fuss. I'm also happy with the quality of the items I ordered.

The shatterproof Christmas balls look beautiful but their order management and shipping has not been great. I received only 2 tubes of Christmas balls instead of the 4 tubes that I ordered and 1 of those tubes was incorrect. When they shipped again, only 1 tube was correct and the other was not. We're waiting for them to ship a 3rd time to get the last tube of ornaments - hopefully we'll get them before Christmas. The Customer Service people were great, but I've been disappointed in that it's taken multiple correspondence with Customer Service and at least 3 different shipments to get what we ordered.
